1.Epigallocatechin gallate (Epigallocatechin gallate, EGCG) is the monomer with the highest content and the strongest activity in green tea polyphenols. It has the properties of antioxidant, antibacterial, and immunity enhancement.
2. In 2010, EGCG was approved as a new resource food by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China.
