Our Apple polyphenol is extracted from the selected fresh Malus Pumila Mill. The total Polyphenol content is our Apple extract is 70% including Condensed tannins, Catechin acid, Chlorogenic acid, Phlorizin, anthocyanin and procyanidine and etc.

 

The degree of polymerization of proanthocyanidins contained in apple polyphenols is mostly between 2-6, and the content of proanthocyanidin B2 is the highest among known natural polyphenols. Therefore, apple polyphenols have higher antioxidant properties than other natural polyphenols. Function and Application of Apple Polyphenol

 

1. Antioxidant: Apple polyphenols contain proanthocyanidin B2, which has a super scavenging effect on DPPH and hydroxyl free radicals, and has strong antioxidant activity

 

2. Skin whitening. The proanthocyanidins contained in apple polyphenols can significantly inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and the formation of melanin, thus whitening the skin.

 

3. Anti-aging: Apple polyphenols have a good scavenging effect on superoxide anions, hydroxyl free radicals and organic free radicals, thereby reducing cell damage and delaying aging.
