Silymarin is extracted from the seeds of Milk Thistle. The seeds of milk thistle contain flavonoid natural product silymarin, which can protect liver cells, help the liver operate without being affected by poisons, and improve liver function.
At the same time, silybin has a strong antioxidant effect, which can reduce the chance of liver cells being destroyed by free radicals, maintain the fluidity of the cell membrane, and thus protect the liver cell membrane
