Licoric extract powder is extracted from Licoric root. Glycyrrhizin (Glycyrrhizin, or glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhizinic acid) is the main sweet component of licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra). It could be used as a natural sweetener in foods, beverage and other dietary supplements products.
Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate is a white crystalline powder with a special sweet taste. Glycyrrhizin, also known as glycyrrhizin, has immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective and anti-tumor activities. Glycyrrhizin is one of the main components in licorice extract.
