Function and Application of Aloe Vera Extract with 95% Aloe Emodin
⒈Anti-tumor activity
Aloe-emodin has an inhibitory effect on P388 leukemia cells and prolongs the survival period. One of its mechanisms is to inhibit the biosynthesis of DNA, RNA and protein in cancer cells.
⒉Antibacterial activity
Aloe-emodin has inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Bacillus diphtheria, Bacillus subtilis, anthrax, Bacillus paratyphi, Bacillus dysentery, etc.
3 laxative effect
Aloe-emodin has strong laxative activity. Intestinal bacteria metabolize aloe-emodin, rhein, rhein anthrone, and the latter has a strong laxative effect. Clinically used as a laxative, it has the effect of increasing appetite and laxative effects of large intestine.
4.Other functions
